Refund policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Our products are made to order. This means that as soon as you make an order, we start working on making your product. As a result, we do not hold any inventory to prevent overproduction. For that reason, we do not offer any buyer's remorse type of returns.  Every sale is final, with a few exceptions.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. In your message, make sure to include a photo and/or video so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Size exchanges

We unfortunately do not accept any size exchanges either. Because our products are made on demand, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product.

Refunds


If your conditions do apply, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


To start a return, you can contact us at francisco@rebeldiscord.com. Please do not send any items back without first contacting us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
